In compliance with Legislative Decree 24\/2023, F.A.I.-F.T.C. provides an internal reporting channel through which:<\/p>\n
the recipients of the Organization, Management and Control Model can report violations of the Model and the Code of Ethics, and other relevant conduct pursuant to the Legislative Decree. 231\/2001;
\ninternal or external people, linked to the Organization by employment or business relationships, may report, having become aware of them in the work context, the violations provided for by the art. 2, co. 1, letter. a), n. 3), 4), 5), 6) of the Legislative Decree. 24\/2023.<\/p>\n
The management of reports is regulated by the Whistleblowing Procedure, to which reference should be made.<\/p>\n
Whistleblowing Procedure<\/a> Privacy policy<\/a><\/p>\n In any case, the protection of the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and of the other subjects indicated by the Legislative Decree is guaranteed. 24\/2023, to which all the protections and limitations of liability provided for by the decree itself apply. It is forbidden to adopt any type of retaliatory action against them.<\/p>\n The Report must be detailed, i.e. carried out with a sufficient degree of detail to allow the ascertainment of the facts reported.<\/p>\n
